It's a Chemical Reaction!
One of our last experiments as we wrap up our Matter Unit, we predicted and observed what would happen when we dropped an Alka-Seltzer tablet (solid) in warm water (liquid). As a result, the second and third graders learned a new vocabulary word = Carbon Dioxide!

Part of our Daily 5 routine is Reading to Someone. Students love being able to read with a partner!
